The Thatcher Drawing Room was named after the former Club’s President, Baroness Thatcher.  Designed and furnished in the Regency-period style.

It is an ideal venue for drinks before and after a meal in the Wellington Room.  A selection of signature cocktails unique to the Club are available.  We recommend the Club signature cocktail ‘The Carlton’.  An interesting fusion of elderflower liqueur, Carlton Club Gin, white wine with a dash of sherry, shaken and poured into a martini glass.

Alternatively, enjoy a refreshing glass of Pol Roger.  Pol Roger is the Club champagne and a favourite of Sir Winston Churchill.
